Help Desk Responsibility
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Ability to Troubleshoot Networking include (IP, DHCH, Internet Access Issue, DNS, VLANs and Shared Folder).
- Able to work with Switch, Router, Proxy and Firewall in basic.
- Backup of Systems.
- Fingerprint Attendance & Access Control.
- Network Cabling.
- Domain & Active Directory Base Knowledge.
- Create and Update Windows custom Image.
- Ensure all Computer are Up to date.
- Ensure all Computer Protected with Anti-Virus.
- Wireless Access Point Installation.
- Fresh graduate from higher institute or Bachelors on IT field.
- It is preferable to have a network certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure and after working Hours.
