Help Desk Responsibility

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot Networking include (IP, DHCH, Internet Access Issue, DNS, VLANs and Shared Folder).
  • Able to work with Switch, Router, Proxy and Firewall in basic.
  • Backup of Systems.
  • Fingerprint Attendance & Access Control.
  • Network Cabling.
  • Domain & Active Directory Base Knowledge.
  • Create and Update Windows custom Image.
  • Ensure all Computer are Up to date.
  • Ensure all Computer Protected with Anti-Virus.
  • Wireless Access Point Installation.

Qualification:

  • Fresh graduate from higher institute or Bachelors on IT field.
  • It is preferable to have a network certificate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and after working Hours.
