The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application<\/strong>\u00a0refers to SoftPOS mobile application, the software program provided by the Company.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Company<\/strong>\u00a0(referred to as either \u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d or \u201cOur\u201d in this Agreement) refers to Masarat for IT and financial services, Tripoli, Libya.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Country<\/strong>\u00a0refers to: Libya<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device<\/strong>\u00a0means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal Data<\/strong>\u00a0is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transaction Data<\/strong> means information related to a payment transaction, including transaction amount, date, time, reference ID, and masked card details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service<\/strong>\u00a0refers to the Application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage Data<\/strong>\u00a0refers to information collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself, such as IP address, app logs, and device identifiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Information We Collect<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We collect information to enable a smooth and secure experience while using <strong>SoftPOS<\/strong> for your payment transactions. This information includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Merchant and POS Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example: Name of merchant &amp; POS ID.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transaction Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example: Transaction amount, date, time, and reference ID, along with masked card details (no full card numbers stored).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Device Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example: Device model &amp; operating system version.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>App Usage Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example: IP address, unique device identifiers, and error logs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No Sensitive Personal Information Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do not store sensitive customer details such as full debit card numbers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>App Permissions<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>SoftPOS requires certain permissions to function properly.
