Masarat IT & Financial Services Co. is a pioneering Libyan company in the field of providing technical services and solutions via mobile phones. About this Policy
Our goal with this Policy is to provide a simple and straightforward explanation of what data Masarat collects from and about you and how we use and share that information. We value transparency and want to provide you with a clear and concise description of how we treat your data.
This Policy does not cover what developers of the apps you use do with your data. You should review the privacy policies or terms of service for those apps for information about their practices. What data do we collect?
Masarat IT & Financial Services collects the following types of personal identification data:
- Name, email address, phone number, national ID number if required, and other related information from our clients (Wahda bank, Jumhoria bank, Sahara bank, NCB, North Africa bank, and Libyan Islamic bank).
How do we collect your data?
You provide Masarat IT & Financial Services with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process it when:
- You register in person with your designated bank to either of the services to
- You register online or submit a request for any of our products or
- You voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback on our message boards or via email.
- You interact through social media (for performance KPIs)
Masarat IT & Financial Services may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

How will we use your data?
Masarat IT & Financial Services collects your data so we can:
- Process your request and manage your account within our
- Manage your requests across various the banks’ digital
- Manage mobile application

Masarat IT & Financial Services securely stores your data in:
- Databases within data centers owned by Masarat IT & Financial Services and/or our clients (Previously Libyan identified banks)

Masarat IT & Financial Services wants to ensure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data from Masarat IT & Financial Services. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
