- Cash advance services
- Generation and scanning of QR codes to simplify your payment experience

Information Collection and Use
We collect information to enable a smooth, secure, and functional experience while you use Sahara Pay.
Location Information (Optional)
With your permission, we may access your location to:
- Show nearby Sahara Bank branches or ATMs
- Improve fraud detection and security

External Storage
When you generate receipts or statements (e.g., PDF files), the App may request permission to read and write to external storage.
Important:
- We do not access or store any personal files unrelated to Sahara Pay.
- We do not transmit or misuse your data.
No Personal Information Storage
Sahara Pay does not store sensitive personal information such as:
- Account passwords
- Full debit/credit card details
- National identification numbers

P.S: You can control permissions in your device settings at any time.
Disabling optional permissions will limit related features but will not affect core payment functionality.

With OnePay – one payment for everything, and transfers to anyone!
This is a unified payment service officially supported by the Central Bank of Libya, designed to make your payments and money transfers simple and secure. Through this service, you can:
- Make electronic purchases using any of the supported payment providers such as : Masrefy Pay, Yussor Pay, Sahara Pay.
- Pay across banks and providers seamlessly, regardless of your primary payment app.
- Transfer money between participating banks quickly and easily.
Privacy and Data Protection
- We do not store your card or bank account details within the app.
- All payment and transfer operations are processed through encrypted channels, following PCI DSS and ISO 27001 standards, and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- The app only shares the minimum required information with OnePay and the authorized payment providers to complete the transaction. Your data is never used for marketing or any unauthorized purpose.
- We are committed to transparency in notifying you whenever your data is shared with third parties, in line with App Store and Google Play payment and consumer protection policies.
Your Consent
By using the OnePay service within the app, you consent to the processing of your financial data solely to complete your requested transactions, in accordance with the Central Bank of Libya regulations and applicable data protection laws.
Children’s Privacy
Sahara Pay is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:
