Dear Customer, to cancel your account in the banking application, we hope that you will follow the following steps:

• Go to your bank branch with your identity papers.
• Fill out the service cancellation form.
• The service will be canceled automatically once the form is approved.
• You will not be able to benefit from the service unless you re-subscribe again.
• The service subscription fee will not be deducted.
• Note: An encrypted copy of your data will be kept for the purposes permitted by law.
